Sherwin Williams – Battle Ground, Washington
The Sherwin-Williams Company was founded in 1866, by Henry Sherwin and Edwards Williams, in Cleveland, Ohio. The company has not only grown to be the largest producer of paints and coatings in the United States, but is among the largest producers in the world and has grown into an American Fortune 500 company in the general building materials industry. The company primarily engages in the manufacture, distribution, and sale of paints, coatings, and related products to professional, industrial, commercial, and retail customers primarily in North & South America and Europe.
MAJ Development has identified a new site location for Sherwin-Williams and is currently in the process of acquiring and developing the Battle Ground location. This will be Sherwin-Williams first retail store located in the Battle Ground and surrounding area. The store will consist of a 4,000 square foot, free-standing building. This is will be MAJ Developmentās second Sherwin-Williams store in the SW Washington/Portland Metro area. Breaking ground is estimated to commence in early Fall of 2013.
