MAJ Place HD – Vancouver, Washington
The 15,000 SF center is sited on 2.16 acres in the Hazel Dell neighborhood of Vancouver, and is ideally located with frontages on both I-5 and Highway 99. The Center will be comprised of four buildings and will be anchored by a new, 4,300 SF Panera Bread Café with drive-thru. Additional buildings will include relocation of a nearby fast-food restaurant with drive-thru; a 4,800 SF building that will be home to The UPS Store and Pacific Dental, and a vacant, 3,626 SF building. Ground breaking is anticipated in the Summer of 2014 with Grand Openings slated for the Fall of 2014.
