Crossroads at Mill Plain & 164th, Phase II – Vancouver, Washington
164th & Mill Plain, Vancouver, WA – The project consists of a multi-phase expansion including both retail and office use. The site originated with three buildings: two office buildings and a former restaurant. Phase I, now completed, consists of two new buildings: a 3,000 square foot 7-Eleven convenience store with 8 MPD fuel pumps, and a 6,500 square foot retail building now home to ZoomCare, a fast-growing local chain of urgent and primary-care clinics based out of Hillsboro, and Sleep Country, doing business as Mattress Discounters. The existing office tenants remain as Allstate Insurance, Fisher’s Landing Chiropractic Center, Van Care, Inc., and State Farm Insurance.
Phase II of the development began with the demolition of the former Ruby Tuesday building that once stood at 8,600 square feet and the former south office building. In placement of where the former south office building was will now feature a brand new facility to home Pacific Dental, who has been recognized as one of America’s fastest-growing private companies. Pacific Dental will be taking 3,000 square feet of space. This will be Pacific Dental’s first location in Washington as they break into the Vancouver market area. The company was established in 1994 and has more than 275 affiliated offices in the Southwest U.S. Neighboring Pacific Dental will be a 2,000 square foot national coffee retailer with a convenient drive-thru. Construction of this new building is expected to begin in Spring of 2014.
