An existing 2,376 SqFt quick-service restaurant will soon be redeveloped into a Chipotle restaurant with indoor and outdoor dining. This location will feature a “Chipotlane” for drive-up customers to retrieve orders made on the Chipotle app for smart phones. This project will also rebuild a struggling pedestrian sidewalk, and add much needed landscaping. The work will enhance the property overall and provide safer transit for pedestrians and motorists alike.
