Chipotle – College Marketplace, Poulsbo WA
MAJ Development is pleased to share one our newest developments, a Chipotle Mexican Grill in Poulsbo, Washington. The Chipotle will feature indoor and outdoor seating with a “Chipotle”, a mobile pickup window for quick and convenient pre-ordered meals. Located in College Marketplace development, a 420,000 square foot shopping center, co-anchored by Walmart Supercenter and Home Depot. Other area retailers include Petco, Office Max, Big 5, Starbucks, Wendy’s, Jack-in-the-Box, Payless, Sleep Train, GNU, GameStop, Taco Bell, Wing stop, and more. Construction is slated to begin in August with an anticipated completion in Q1 2023.
