Redevelopment challenged by jurisdictional access issues and pre-existing environmental issues. MAJ mitigated the access matter with city and state authorities. Environmental monitoring implemented to address former gas station contamination concerns. Property renovated to 7-Eleven Store on long-term, NNN lease. Store sold in August 2011.
