7-Eleven – Tacoma, Washington
Located in a commercial area, on the vacant corner of East 40th Street and Portland Avenue in Tacoma, Washington we constructed a 3,000 SF new store for 7-Eleven. Although there was a letter from the Tacoma Pierce County Health Department indicating that the site ground samples were within normal levels, a Phase II Investigation was done to determine that this site was indeed clean to ensure that our development did not pave over a community hazard. The site improved a corner that previously had no safe sidewalks for pedestrians and brought continuity to the intersection.
