7-Eleven – Tacoma, Washington
This project was a full ground up Development on a .27 Acre vacant lot on the corner of South 56th Street & Yakima in Tacoma Washington. Formerly the location of a Texaco station, the site had some environmental issues that had to be overcome to ensure the site was clean of any and all contamination from the former user. Once mitigated, we were able to design and build the new 7-Eleven location to serve the community needs.
