Residents and travelers in Northwest Gresham/Northeast Portland area will soon have a new convenient place to fuel up, grab a coffee, quick breakfast or snack. MAJ Development Corporation acquired the bare land located on the Southwest corner of NE 181st Ave (turns into Airport Way) and US HWY Bancorp Columbia Center Terrace, immediately North of Interstate 84 – which will feature a 7-Eleven convenience store and fueling station. The 7‑Eleven brand is known and loved around the world, focused on making life easier for their customers. An additional parcel in the center will feature retail and/or restaurant, still to be determined.
