Powel Villa – Portland, Oregon
This site was a vacant commercial parcel located within the Powell Villa Shopping Center. The site had formerly been used as a dry cleaner, gas station/auto repair shop, and was currently utilized as an automobile tire shop. Contamination was encountered but was handled by the Seller at the Seller’s expense. A DEQ No Further Action Letter was obtained in December 2012. Following completion of all environmental matters, the site was acquired. Construction of the 7-Eleven building was completed in July, 2013.
