MAJ Place at Salmon Creek – Vancouver, Washington
MAJ Development is on track to have the entire retail development center in Salmon Creek, on NE 139th street, pre-leased before even breaking ground. This site will be the new home to Fred Meyer Fuels, which will consist of 9 pumping stations. The site will also host a 4,195 square foot credit union, a 4,000 square foot automotive store and a 2,000 square foot coffee house with drive-thru. Gaynor Automotive will remain on site; however, will relocate into a brand new 5,500 square foot building. Ground breaking of this new development is estimated to take place mid- year 2014.
