Crossroads at Stanford Ranch – Roseville, California
This large, bank-owned retail center featured a freestanding convenience store with 12-pump fueling station and car wash, a freestanding DelTaco® restaurant, and a 15,500 SF multi-tenant retail building with several vacancies. National Retailer, 7-Eleven, Inc. identified the store and fueling station for their expansion plans. Due to the high purchase price, a large Tenants in Common Investment Group was formed for the acquisition. Following a thorough due diligence investigation by MAJ Development and 7-eleven, the site was acquired. Immediately thereafter, 7-eleven elected to purchase the c-store, fueling station and car wash. The balance of the retail center continues to be owned by the same TIC ownership group.
