The subject site was improved with a vacant 21,401 SF retail building that was formerly occupied as a Good Guys electronics store located on a 2.23-acre site. MAJ Development developed the site with a 2,960 SF convenience store on a build-to-suit basis for 7-Eleven Inc., with fueling stations on 49,000 SF of land area. In addition, two 24,000 SF sites remain as finished pad sited for future development.
