The Market at Lakewood – Lakewood, Washington
This project was an old closed location of a former Chinese food restaurant located in Lakewood, Washington. The somewhat derelict 5,427 SF building, having severe dry rot issues was saved by completely revamping, reinforcing and remodeling efforts to accommodate a 3,000 SF 7-Eleven store with 2,427 SF of additional retail space. Currently negotiations are in the works with several tenants to occupy the additional space with 7-Eleven.
