Unimproved, vacant commercial parcel totaling 14,250 SF located at the NWC of 82nd Avenue and NE Klickitat Street. Following initial site identification approval from 7-eleven, site was secured under contract. Complete due diligence was performed and jurisdictional entitlements were obtained. Long-term, corporate guaranteed, NNN lease was procured from 7-Eleven. Construction of a new, 3,000 SF store was completed in August, 2012. Store sold in December, 2012.
