This development site was a vacant, 0.24-acre commercial parcel. MAJ completed thorough due diligence efforts including environmental and geotechnical testing, engaged architectural site plans, engaged civil engineering design, obtained all jurisdictional entitlements, and successfully closed on the site acquisition (winning out over six other competitive offers). Construction of the 2,830 SF, freestanding 7-Eleven convenience store was completed November 2012, and the property quickly sold in December 2012.
