Existing, vacant, 4,000 SF commercial building built in 1938 and sited on 0.21 acres. MAJ completed extensive renovations (including seismic upgrades) and completed thorough environmental remediation (including asbestos abatement and UST decommissioning). Renovations were completed in July, 2012. The store subsequently sold in February 2013.
