Plans are underway for MAJ Development Corp. to bring in the popular Dutch Bros Coffee to Springbrook Station located off SR 500 and 112th Ave., in Vancouver, WA. Dutch Bros has been “Roastin and Rockin Since 1992” and gained a loyal following as they continue to grow their business. MAJ will be developing the site for a brand new coffee kiosk and drive-thru; construction is slated to begin in October of this year.
